6:15 to 7:15 p.m.. Dance Aerobics: Instead of working out, "Play out" with Debra Seeck in this new aerobic dance class. (see Link marked "Fit to Play") Learn the basics of Salsa, Cha-Cha, Swing... Do the Twist, The Monkey, The Jerk and the Mashed Potatoe - all while having a ton of fun and getting fit. This is an on-going, drop-in class for only $5.00 per person.

- 3rd Saturday Salsa, July 19, Cubanisimo Vineyards, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Cubanisimo Vineyards offers a one hour Salsa dance lesson. This month Salsa Victoria from Bend will be teaching. $15 per person for non-members (includes a glass of wine, socializing and great fun).
